Mar 8, 2011 - Alaska Pacific Plans Strategic Move Into Mining
Alaska Pacific Energy "APEC" (OTCBB: ASKE) is pleased to announce that the APEC board is continuing discussions with companies interested in pursuing either joint ventures or a full amalgamation of interests. The company has been working toward its planned expansion and has made progress in making fundamental changes to its core business. Management, with its mineral based agenda, is now involved in comprehensive discussions regarding projects in Africa, British Columbia, Canada and South America. As stated in an earlier news announcement, APEC has already purchased an existing property in Tanzania located in an established mining zone. The property has been partially paid for by the issuance of APEC shares.

Jan 21, 2011 - Alaska Pacific Shareholder Update
Alaska Pacific Energy Corp. "APEC" (OTCBB: ASKEE) is pleased to announce that APEC has now completed accounting for the previous quarter internally and is preparing to present this material to the company's auditors shortly. Most investors are aware that APEC has been assigned an "E" at the end of its symbol which reflects its late filing for the quarter. This is the first time that such an event has happened to the company, but management is confident that once filed it will meet with the approval of regulators. Nov 5, 2010 - Alaska Pacific Energy Corp. Terminates Share Purchase Agreement
Alaska Pacific Energy Corp., reports that the Amended Share Purchase and Sale Agreement (See Form 8-K filed September 22, 2010) between the Company and Engineering Technology Inc. ("Entec") which was to be finalized on October 31, 2010, will not be completed and is null and void. APEC did make a legitimate and timely offer to purchase Entec for the full amount as agreed to in the purchase agreement, however, Entec decided that they prefer to remain a private company and turned down the offer.
